On of July 1, LA restaurants were ordered to end indoor dining, which means some of the city’s great patios have come back to life. And thanks in part to the new LA Al Fresco program, restaurants that once had limited or no outdoor seating are getting creative, opening new patios and al fresco dining options on sidewalks, in parking lots, and even on some streets.
